Greater Toronto Central Competition 2017
Our parent committee has organized all of the students and mentors into rooms and is arranging for a 26 person bus along with 4 vehicles that will be driving down. We are departing Friday morning and returning late Sunday night.
When we add up the costs (hotel, bus, gas, parking) and spread it out amongst the team we have an approximate cost of $325 / student (the same rate as last year). This includes transportation, hotel and breakfast at the hotel. The hotel we will be staying at is right beside the venue (same as last year) which is awesome!
In order to book the rooms at the group rate and get the included breakfast we need to book them by Monday at the latest. In addition to get this deal we have to agree to pay for all the rooms at once and this cost is non-refundable to the team.
